What encoding does the CSV use?

Output uses UTF-8 encoding, which handles international characters and special symbols correctly.

Are formulas evaluated?

Yes. Formula cells export their computed values, not the formula expressions. What you see in the spreadsheet is what you get in CSV.

Can I export only specific columns?

The full sheet is exported. To limit columns, filter the spreadsheet in Excel first or process the CSV after export.
